Huacaya Alpacas Sold

Nite Star Monty is from our own Suzanna and Solar's Atlas. He was the only baby in 2022 for us here at the farm so he has been handled quite a bit and is learning to walk on a lead. He has softness coming through for sure. His white color at the skin level pops! He always seems to shine out in the muddy fields. We can't wait to see what he gets in the show ring as well in the Spring. He would be great for someone looking for a fiber boy or pet.

Nite Star Coffee Buzz Buzz is our little boy from 2021. He has all the energy that his name suggests and loves to run! We were excited that he is a true Black. He would make a great addition to a boy's herd or someone wanting a dark fiber animal. His fleece has a soft handling with exceptional fineness, uniformity and density throughout his blanket. We can't wait to get his yarn back from the fiber mill from this year's shearing! His Dam is Harley Nirvana whom we had for several years but have recently Sold. His Sire is La Finca's Xander Gris who has multiple championships.

Nirvana is an experienced Mom and has had three crias with easy births. She has always been a very attentive mother. Her 2021 cria is her son "Coffee Buzz Buzz", born in APR 2021 and is true black in color with lots of crimp and character in his blanket. She has been bred to our herd sire "Solars Atlas" who is a champion winner with color in his genetics. Her pregnancy has been confirmed by ultrasound and her cria is due May 2023. Her genetics include her sire “Rockford’s Vintage Cashmere” who was light silver grey (LSG) and her dam “WHFNC Legendary Nirvana” who was true black (TB) with grey genetics. Nirvana loves carrots! She is always the first to push to the head of the herd when these treats are offered.

Miranda is the perfect farm ambassador. She is always curious to meet farm visitors and is friendly with crias in the herd. Miranda is easy to handle and would be great for a new farm’s starter herd. She is a new mom and usually has all the babies near her including her own. A little girl born MAY 2021 who is being sold at the side along with a breed back to our herd sire "Solar's Atlas" who is the father of this little girl as well. Her fleece is light so her yarn can be easily hand dyed which just adds an interest that we have found to be of high demand. Her sire “La Finca’s Xander Gris” is a medium silver grey (MSG) who was the 2015 MAPACA Reserve Champion Grey herdsire. On her dam’s side her grand sire “ASP Lancaster’s Aslan” was a champion. With color in her genetics she could easily produce color. We would recommend breeding her to our champion herdsire “Solars Atlas of Buck Brook” who also has color in his genetics.
